It's critical to put together estimates that include everything when you go out to evaluate the loss. Every small detail for every single thing that needs to be handled during the repair process is what I mean by everything.

It doesn't matter if you're putting together an estimate yourself or have hired a professional estimator to do it for you; you must make sure it's complete and concise.

One of the most important reasons is that you will be required to defend and back up your estimate at some point throughout the claims process.
